Ice Painting

What you need:

Ice tray

Water

Food coloring

I can't even remember where I saw this one. But I really like the idea of painting with ice. It turned out to be a perfect time to learn about mixing colors and making new ones. Here she is making purple.

All set and ready to start. I ran out of the large white paper, so we went with this smaller size. She like being able to do several small paintings.

She dropped one and then decided to taste it. She was for sure they would have different flavors because they were all different colors! Boy, was she surprised when she tested that theory.....That being said, she still pretended they all tasted different.
